Datagrid design

Hello!

I'm creating a web page with datagrid. It will contains 6 columns and about
70 rows. My page must give a possibility to change records in database.
What's the best solution for this? I'm new in Webapplications.
Can someone give me few steps (good link etc)?
In database modyfied can be one too all records.
