Hi ,

I have applied diff levels of security to my access database usin
workgroup file.
My question is if I copy the whole database in my Laptop , and when
open it , it opens easily using the admin user in my laptop work grou
file. How can i prevent some one if trying to copy the whole databas
and trying to open it as admin user in his PC. is there any way that m
database shld always be attached to my "xx.mdw" file.

Being able to open the file with a different MDW means that you didn't
apply security properly. Most likely you still have Admin as the owner of
the database object.
