Database won't allow access

When I click on table names or query names or form names
my right mouse button won't work.

Also when trying to build an expression in query, the
expression builder can't be accessed.

PLEASE HELP!!

Is this database shared? Are you sure you have administrator rights to
it? (Normally you would if you created it.)
