I have an Access db sitting on a web server that is used to track
clickthroughs on page hyperlinks. While on the server the db shows a
file size of about 200k. But when I try to download the db it is over
60mb. How is this? What is the actual size of the db? Do I need to
compact it? Please advise as I am worried that this db might become
corrupt on the server and disable all the hyperlinks.

Thanks

Are you copying the database or are you linking to it or importing data?

I am simply trying to download it from the web server to my local
desktop.
