Database Results Wizard Criteria

Hi: I'm having problems with the Database Results Wizard
Criteria. I have two search fields. For one, I have it
set to "Contains", then I chose "And". For the other
search field, I have it set to "Equals", then I
chose "And".

The problem is for the one field set to "Contains",
before a person enters anything all possible results
display below. Then when they enter something, if it is
not an exact match, it says No Records Returned. I want
it so that if a person enters part of the word in
the "Contains" field and leaves the other field blank,
then the records that contain what the person entered
will be returned...and only those records.

Not sure I really undstand your question, must be tired,
are you set the defaualt values to something?

No, I had not set the default values to anything. Should
I? The default values are blank.
