Database results graph

Hello I have a poll on my website and all the results are sent to a microsoft database. My question is does anyone know how or know of some good articles to read on how to generate live poll results on my page using bar/pie/line graphs. Thanks for any and all of your help. Thanks Michael
 
In your IE Address bar type the following:

? ASP Bar Pie Line Charts
