Database Permissions

Hi,

I have tried to set up security on my DB.

Every object is assigned to "unknown" and if I try to reassign it, it says I
do not have permissions.

I have tried importing to a new DB and it says I again have no permissions.

Is there any way I can import my DB into a new one and try attempt # 2 with
security?

You have to start Access using the workgroup file that you used to
secure your database and log in as the owner of your database.
