Database not updating... tried a number of things

Hi There,

I am trying to troubleshoot a simple form to database connection. I get no
errors on my published web when I submit the form, but when I check the data
source (which is called surver4.asp)I get no information in my database. The
form appears to work properly, and I have gone through the wizard to create
it and the database. I have tried the following:

1. The database being stored in the fpdb folder as a .mdb and there is a
global.asa file
2. The database connection under Tools-Site Settings is the database and is
verified.
3. The server extensions are on the server.
4. I am using FrontPage 2003 and Access 2003.

Anything you can suggest would be great!

Have you done #2 on the live/remote server?
