Database Loading problem

When i load one table values into existed table then i am facing the problem as " Duplicate entry '1234567890' for key 'Primary'"
problem :
in Existed table
id fromC toC date time bid
1234567890 NULL NULL NULL NULL 0

in one table
id fromC toC date time bid
1234567890 EUR CZK 2011-11-18 16:59:59 25.89



so anyone help how to solve this error?

do you want to have duplicates? Or do you want the data you are importing to overwrite the existing data?
