Database interface wizard

I am missing the Database interface wizard from the selection of new page
types. I saw the older post already titled, "database interface wizard
template frontpage 2003" that was from 2005 so I thought I'd start a new one.
After flipping through it I checked that all the boxes were checked that was
suggested and they already were. Also, I am running office 2003 Professional
and Frontpage 2003. My website is hosted on Microsoft windows 2003 Server,
on the latest update of IIS. This site is run from the computer next to me
here at home. I have the latest Service Pack (3) currently for Office 2003.
Ultimately I'm trying to be able to delete records from a database I created
for my blog on my personal website. Hopefully someone has a suggestion as to
how to get/find the database interface wizard page or how to delete a record.
Thanks!!!

The DIW is not a page - it's a web site.

File->New
Then click on "More Web Site Templates" in the task bar and choose the
Database Interface Wizard. Check the box "Add to current Web site"
