Database help needed

I have a database with several tables, queries and forms.
4 main forms. I have created "Main Forms Menu", "Main
Reports Menu.", and a Welcome Menu Form with command
buttons that pull the Main Forms Menu and Main Reports
Menu. I want so that when I open up Access that the
Welcome Menu pops up first thing. Please help me in
telling me how to do that. I have Access 2003. I used to
be able to do this but I can't rem how to do it.
