Database help for FP2003

Can anyone recommend a text book or website tha can better explain using
database in FP2003?

I've been using FP for sometime but trying to develop my first site using
databases and the DIW/DRW. The examples I have found so far seem limited to
the initial creation of databases and forms. I'm need to understand how to
modify a database & forms after it was created.

I'm also hoping it will help rpovde further information on errors.
Specifically when I create a database and publish it, the site works fine.
If I go and make any modeifications to the site (not the database) and
republish the database submission forms no longer work. I can go and
recreate them using the DIW and existing submission form, republish and it
will work again.

Any suggestions on reference material would be appreciated.
