Database for sales and marketing of self-catering holidays

I need to set up a database to include Owner and property details, visitor
contact details plus specialist group marketing and letter generator (Word)
Have 2003 pro, so latest bells and whistles available, but am wet behind
ears on database construction and no time to sit and learn from scratch - can
anyone advise, please - thanx

I doubt one of these would be a dropin fix, but perhaps you could find one
that is close enough to suit your needs and then modify it. Of course, if
none of these fit you can try searching with various keywords (like "ms
access real estate" or something like that), however be aware that Access
templates are fairly rare and normally are very specialized - in your case,
you may need to end up either taking the time to figure out how to correctly
build your database or hiring someone to do this for you.
