Database Design

Hi all,

I am drawing a blank. I am working on a D.B. design for a data entry form. I
have Table 1- which has name info & id#,Table 2- which has check boxes&id#,
Table 3- which has task performed,beg time,end time&id#. My problem is how do
I link one ID# to multiple tasks and times. One person will have multiple
records or tasks. Would that be accomplished in a subform? And should I
create a query that links all 3 tables? Hope this makes sense.

Any ideas.

I'm not clear on the purpose of Table 2. Could you elaborate using the real
table and field names?
