Data Validation

Hi everyone,
I have a spreadsheet that i am need of assistance. Column H usesdata
validation and only allows user to enter from the list Yes or No. I am
trying to figure out the formula that states for example if H4 = Yes then K4
cannot be null and have a message box
pop up. I know how to do this in Access but am not sure how this can simply
be accomplished in Excel. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

Are the users doing data entry in K4?

I think you would need to use VBA for this.
