Data validation

Hi. I'm auditing a spreadsheet dome by a past employee. Is there a
way to find all cells that have data validation behind them? Thanks!
 
Try this:

Press [F5].........a shortcut for <edit><go to>
Click [Special...]........Check: Data Validation
Click [Find All]

All DV cells will be selected.
If you just want to flag them....assign a bright background color to them.
