data validation trouble

Whant I'm trying to do is the following
I have 3 columns with data
1 column contains Product type ex.
coffe machines
refrigerators
ovens etc
2 column contains Product name ex
coffe machine 1
coffe machine 2
coffe machine 3
refrigerator 1
refrigerator 2 etc
3 column contains Price for the items in column 2.
My idea is to create this
ex. In a blank worksheet in cell A1 to create data validation from 1 column,
so when I'm choose coffe machine from that list, in cell B1 to list only
products from column 2 related to the selection from A1 (it should be a list
also in this cell), and after choosing coffe machine 1 in cell C1 to put
price automaticly for choosen product.
I suppose that this is possible but i don't know how to do it, so any help
is welcome.
