Data Validation popup message

I would like to know how to change the position of the inpu
message/error alert box position. I can move it around by just draggin
it but eventhough there's some other popup msg box on the other part
of the worksheet, it seems that all the popup msg boxes appears on th
same spot.
Can someone assist please
