Only by changing th width of the cell(s). I'm assuming you don't mean the
drop down arrow but the whole drop down window.
Although its a lot more work to set up you could use a Form control Combobox
or the Controls toolbar's combobox control, both are found by right clicking
any toolbar and chooseing either Control Toolbox or Form
