data table in pivot charts

Hi. In Excel I can show the data table in pivot charts. I have created a
pivot chart based on a query and would like to show the data table. Where in
Access can I show the data table in the pivot chart view? Please advice,
thanks in advance.

In Access you can create a crosstab query, then add the field which
contains your row headings and in the crosstab line choose Row Heading, add
the field that contains your column headings and in the crosstab line choose
Colunn Heading, then add the data field and choose whether you want to sum
the values or whatever. When you view this table it should look like an
excel spreadsheet?

Thanks Doug for the reply.

What I am trying to do is to create a pivot chart, and right below the pivot
chart i can show the data table, just like in Excel. Is it possible to show
the data table below the chart in the pivot chart view?

Well, to be honest I haven't worked with charts much, but if you already
have the chart on a form, then you can add a subform below it and use the
crosstab query for the source. I think that sort of looks like an Excel
spreadsheet, but you can also create another form for the pivot table data,
format it the way you want it to look under the chart and use that form as
the source for the subform on your original form.
