Data Sort with header row

How can I set the default so that the "with header row"
indicator is flagged as opposed to the "without header
row"?
 
Hi Ian,
Don't think you can. You can help Excel make a guess by
making the formatting of the header row differ from the
data below it, by making the header Text, and Bold; which
helps but is far from being reliable.
 
Excel should automatically detect if your data has a
header row. To try and help make sure:

Every column of your data has a title
Turn the titles to bold or increase the font size
