Lenore

I had to do a restoration and saved my Microsoft Outlook
e-mail on a disk. I would like to know if I can transfer
it into a folder so I can delete or save what I want
without installing all of it into my system. I also saved
my contacts, can I place those back in my contact file of
my e-mail? Please advise what I should do, I haven't the
faintest idea. Thank you, Lenore

How did you save the email and in what format? The outlook.pst file holds
all the info(email, notes, journal, contacts, etc). If you saved the pst file
simply import it back into outlook.
