Data restore

Dear,

I need restore tape data to win2000 server but the win2000
server can't detect the tape (the tape data backup from
another win2000 machine). How can i do ?

What kind of tape device are you using? What kind of error(s) are you
getting when you try to view the tape? What was the backup made with
(ntbackup or something third party)?
