Data or the charts does not refresh in a Shared workbook.

I've a shared workbook, i've added few sheets and added a dashboard/chart
kind of thing for easy tracking. But the issue is whenever a user changes the
data and saves the workbook, the data is getting saved but the charts wont
update.
Current method i follow is that, everytime have to unshare the workbook,
then click refresh in the charts/dashboard section and again share the
workbook.

Please let me know what could solve this manual updation.
