I have a subform in my Access db that does not show any data in two of the
five columns.
The subform gets its information from a query that works fine.

The wierd thing is that if I open the db on my wife's computer it shows all
of the information in all five columns.

Do I need to reinstall Access on my computer?

Thanks in advance
david

Is this the SAME database (i.e. you copy it from your machine and move it to hers)? If not, have you made sure that you
haven't hidden the columns? You can hide them the same as you can in Excel (i.e. drag the header right or left).
Do I need to reinstall Access on my computer?

Hi Scott

Yes, this is the SAME database. I have it stored on my machine in my
documents and about one per week I copy and paste it into my shared documents
folder. I can run the database on her computer while networked to mine. It
works on her machine but on the subform two columns of data are missing on my
machine.

Thanks
david
