Data from Outlook to XP

Hi
I have just upgraded my computer how do I get the contact and calander
information from Outlook 2000 to my new laptop with XP

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about interacting with external data using
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.
