I am using outlook 2007 and vista ultimate. Everytime I open outlook I get
an error message that says "A data file did not close properly the last time
it was used" and then it goes into checking the problem. How can I find out
what the data file is and how can I fix the problem or allow it to close
properly?

Thanks,

the data file is your pst. This error occurs when outlook doesn't close
correctly usually because something is accessing your outlook data when you
close it.

I'm having the same problem. Is there a simple and effective way to
determine what that something is that's accessing my pst? And if "yes"
what is it? Thanks much!
