Data Fields in Pivot Default to Sum Not Average

I have a pivot table with 90 Data Fields. When I drop the data fiel
items into the data field, they all default to SUM. I want them all t
say AVERAGE. However I can only accomplish this by double clicking o
each individual field and choosing AVERAGE. Is there a way to mak
them all AVERAGE without double clicking on each of them?
