Data Entry on a form

My client wants to have data entered that shows several fields to update just
like it is a report. ie
Splist Fld1 Fld2 Fld3 Fld4 etc
A 5 6 7 8
B 5 9 5 4
C 6 7 3 1
etc. etc.
How do I make the screen to populate multiple rows showing data to update?

My guess would be to make it a continuous form that would represent the
nearest to what you want.

Try using a CrossTab query. There is a wizard to help.
