Data Entry in Records

Is it possible to enter data into the top record? (Can the new record be the
top record instead of the bottom record?) I want to enter data from the top
rather than at the bottom of my database.

Use a Form. In a single form, the new record (or the selected record)
is the only record you see. Table datasheets are NOT good places to
enter data!
