Data Entry From

Hi

I am wanting to create a data entry from that is easy and simple for
the user to use, basically I want a list of product desciptions from a
related table, with a quanity box next it, so that the user can just
enter a quantity next to the required product, thus ignoring any
products not required. BUT i am stuck on how to start - any ideas?

first add a 'Quantity' field to the table.....it will then be able to be
added to the Form..
