Data Entry from a list (drop down box)

On this spreadsheet the user inputs 1 of 4 options into specific fields. My
question is how to do this to so that the user can click on the cell and
select the option from a menu, which then automatically updates the field.

Hi Dave

do you mean you'ld like a drop down arrow on the cell containing a list of
the four options which the users can select from? if so use Data /
Validation
click on the cell
choose Data / Validation
on the settings tab choose LIST from the allow drop down box
in the source field type the four options separated by a comma
click the OK button
