How could I enter all my data in a my db using forms to do so. I have 4
tables, all of which needs data entered into it. My main table would be
personal(Client) Information, Employment table, and two training tables.

You first need to read the Help file and other resources regarding
relationships. Then you need to read the Help file and other resources to
understand forms and subforms. You can then create your forms and any needed
subforms by going to Forms in the database window, clicking New and use the
Form Wizard to create what you need.

Probably a Form for the personal information table, with three Subforms, one
for each of the three related tables... just as I suggested earlier today.
