Data counting problem

The real issue is that I have an original spreadsheet containing
lengthy list numbered 1 through 3000. I need to remove each row tha
isn't included in the 'criteria' column which has numbers spotte
throughout 1 to 3000. So I was going to sort by the one or zero colum
and then remove all the zeros. Thank you all for your help.
