Data consolidation from Multiple Sheets

Hi All,

I have a workbook with two worksheets. Worksheet1 has most of the dat
I need except for a couple of columns. In worksheet2 I have the dat
that I am missing from worksheet1 in addition to some other data tha
exists in both.

I would like to start at the first row of data in worksheet1, pick u
the key data and locate an exact match in worksheet2, then return som
other value from another column but same row from worksheet2 to updat
worksheet1.

I have considered VLOOKUP but am not sure if that is exactly what
need. I have read several threads on the subject but am still no
sure.

Any help will be appreciated

You can consider either VLOOKUP or combined INDEX/EQUIV formulas
