Data base creation

I have used the wizard to creat a form to input my data. The form does not
include home phone. How do I create the new field in my data base?

The easiest way is to open the form in design, select one of the field, copy
and paste, that way you keep a standart of fonts.
After you paste change the source object of the field to the desire field in
the table.
