I did some Googling for you with really no luck. Apparently the database
that the program uses is damaged, corrupted, missing, something (fill
in blank). This isn't an operating system issue (XP) but a problem with
the application. I hate to say this, but you'll have to contact the
program mftr.'s tech support. Hopefully you have a manual or there is
contact information under the program's Help.
