I had file corruptions that prevented XP loading. Eventually, using the
original XP disk I got it repaired so that it boots up ok.

However, it has lost my BT broadband connection - the entry under network
connections is simple removed. When I try the network connection wizard, it
greys out connect using dial-up and connect using broadband requiring user
name, and leaves only broadband always on. So I can't recreate the
connection.

Can this be repaired, or shall I need to reinstall XP entirely.

I have XP Home with SP2

Cheers
