damaged Windows 2000 Professional and server files

I had a virus. It said that it damaged the spreader.exe and
ipcNL.exe files Can you give me exact steps to repair these
and other files.

ipcNL.exe and spreader.exe are the virus files.
You do not want to repair them, you want to remove them from your system.
