since the vendor replaced a usb driver , i have been
unable to access d drive, a & c are fine. cd Drive (D)
properties / General 0 bytes used/free/ capacity;; also
no cd writing wizard.
any suggestions

In most cases the D drive letter is used for whenever you put any cd disks
in your cr rom drive ... When there nothing in your cd rom drive , then
nothing will show , D drive is for reading whatever cd disks you put in your
cd rom drive

Hi,

As I understand when you insert the CD into the cd drive and try to open
the message appears as "D:\is not accesible; incorrect function".

Is this correct ? For this error message I have script that will correct
the problem you get when you insert the CD.

Hope this helps.
