When buying new puter in April, had many probs with Vista, as a result,
restored several times. Now I get message constantly popping up, Low disk
space on Drive:D Have done clean-up, but still on a few mg left. Cannot do
back-ups or restore, seemingly because of shadow copies system tells me.
Anyone else having this prob? Sure would like to get rid of this message and
be able to do what Vista claims I should be able to do, like backup!!!!

may be the drive is actually full and therefore you need to delete some

Hi,

If System Restore is monitoring drive D:, disable it. Control
Panel/System/Advanced system settings/sytem protection tab. Drive D: is
likely your recovery volume and it should not be monitored.
