Cygwin

When MS-Antispyware is running it does not allow the
CYGWIN to start. I have to close Spyware and start Cygwin
to access the XWindows system. Can this be fixed by MS ?

Pehaps MS doesn´t like Cygwin ?

I'm sure it can. What version of Cygwin is involved, in case this is
relevant to reproducing your experience?

What happens when you attempt to start it? Do you get a popup? Is there a
script involved?
