Cygwin on Windows 2000 Server

Does anyone have any experiences they can share on using Cygwin on
Windows 2000 Server.

Has anyone has experienced any stability issues with using it on a
server. I am mostly concerned with using the zip/unzip functionality
so I can run it from the command line.

Cygwin runs fine on Win2k server, but there are win32 ports of many unix
commands here:
http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/
including zip/unzip, even though they oare not listed on the page.

This version of zip/unzip does not require Cygwin, and is well-known and
very reliable.
