I have a windows 2000 pro computer which is occasionally slowing to a crawl.
The 2 files listed in the subject line appear to be using 100% of the cpu
according to the task manager. Can anybody give me an idea of what programs
might be using these processes so we can adjust or remove them?

Do you have any information about solving the problem, the link points to
software for sale, with a bunch of broken links.

Did you read the description of what the file was for? Did you install
something that uses the file? If you don't use it and didn't put it
there, then start looking for what put it there.
