Cutting a startup disk/DVD?

How do I cut an "emergency" or criticalfiles startup DVD -- I have a dual
boot system with XP Pro and Vista Ultimate?

Seems like something Microsoft should have included in Vista, doesn't it?
Also, it appears ERUNT still works with Vista as well:

It works but seems to interfere with the DVD-Writer, so I had to uninstall
it.

You that Solomon fellah I usta do MSN stuff with many moon ago?
