Cut/Paste from Navision to Excel

We are using the MS Business Solutions accounting program
called Navision - Sometimes when we cut/paste these funny
boxes appear in the format in Excel. This doesn't happen
all the time - just sometimes. Do you know what might be
causing this or where I could go for info to troubleshoot
this problem?

These are usually caused by carriage-returns.

Data>Text to Columns>De-limited>"Other" enter ALT + 0010 using the NumPad at
right-side of keyboard. You won't see anything in the box but hit "Next" to
see what transpires.

Could also be ALT + 0013.
