I run Windows XP. I keep a large number of MSWord doc files on my PC and
also on an SD card. I use a folder called data/word on both the PC and SD
card. The folder is approx 80 Mb and may contain hundreds of Word docs.
I create new Word docs on my PC and also alter some existing Word docs. I
need to keep the SD card up to date, but if I cut and paste the whole
data/word folder to the SD card, it takes a long time to copy the whole
folder.
I want to only copy/paste only the new doc files or amended files to the SD
card. How do I do it?
Many thanks.

If you right-click on the source folder and choose Search, and then scroll
down with the scroll searchbar, then within the search options, there is a
choice to search by date modified. If you also put *.doc in the filename,
box, you can search for the new /altered .doc files. You could then use
ctrl-a / ctrl -c etc to copy the list of files to your target location.
