cut and paste macros along with lookup

Is nobody here capable of helping me with the following

Have cell A1 lookup B1 in a table C1 to D5 and the lookup answer would go into cell A1 (along with all its formats)!
 
If you are unwilling to listen to Chip Pearson and continue to start new
threads when asked not to, then probably not.
