Customizing Views

I had to reinstall programs on my hard drive. I remember Outlook 2003
having a link to 'Customize this view' in the Navigation Pane. Is there a
setting somewhere for this, I don't see it there now. I know I can right
on the Column to bring this up but it was nice and handy in the
Navigation Pane.
