Is there a way to communicate more than 4 colors "free, tentative, busy, out
of office" on my calendar so others can see custom colors when they look at
my calendar. I want to communicate other concepts like "this is a really big
meeting, and is hard to move, so don't even attempt to schedule a conflicting
meeting" and I would give this a custom color, like red or something.
